The Lindy Hop is an American 8 count dance which was born in the Black communities of Harlem, New York City, in 1928 and has evolved since then. Today this dance style is still popular and is eye catching and is useful for slower and faster 8 count music. This class is dual listed for beginners and those ready to go the next level.
When: Tuesdays, March 10, 17, 24, 31
Time: 7:00pm - 8:00pm
Location: Ignite Church (3707 N Dayton Ave) 1st 3 Weeks, Monte Cristo Room Week4
Instructors: Abraham & Anna
Prerequisite: Level 1: None, Level 2: Swing Out, Lindy Circle, Lead and Follow Turns
Lesson Cost: (entire 4 weeks) $50 Single / $80 Couple
Dress Attire: wear comfortable clothing and shoes must be worn. Please no flip flops or open back shoes when learning how to dance.
